At Confident Verbalist, we aim to provide high-quality coaching services and digital resources. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are sold and delivered through third-party platforms, including Payhip.

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales of digital products are generally final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Playbooks

• Guides

• Frameworks

• Templates

• Worksheets

• Downloadable resources

• Other digital products

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not normally available, except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate purchases made in error

• Technical issues preventing access to the product that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

• Accidental multiple charges for the same purchase

If you experience a problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except at our sole discretion.

Any coaching package terms, cancellation policies, or rescheduling arrangements will be communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
