The Story Behind
Confident Verbalist

How two decades of international corporate experience shaped a practical approach to professional communication

About Natascha

Hi, I’m Natascha. I work with international professionals who want to communicate more clearly, confidently, and intentionally at work.

My approach is shaped by years of professional experience where communication wasn’t optional, it was central to results.

I studied Graphic Information Design at the University of London, where I developed a strong understanding of how structure, clarity, and messaging influence people. That foundation later carried into my corporate career, where communication moved from theory into daily practice.

After relocating to Dubai, I moved into senior marketing, communications, and business leadership positions supporting international operations across multiple markets and regions.

My work involved leading teams, managing stakeholder relationships, presenting to senior decision-makers, and navigating complex cross-cultural business environments.

Across different roles, industries, and countries, I noticed how often outcomes were shaped by communication. Strong ideas were overlooked. Misunderstandings created unnecessary friction. People with valuable expertise sometimes struggled to communicate it effectively.

From corporate management
to coaching

After my corporate career, I began supporting businesses as a marketing consultant. Over time, that work naturally expanded into coaching professionals on communication, career development, and workplace effectiveness.

Working with professionals from different industries, roles, and cultural backgrounds exposed me to a wide range of common workplace communication challenges.

Professionals often struggled with:

  • navigating difficult conversations

  • influencing decisions and gaining buy-in

  • adapting communication across cultures

  • managing stakeholder relationships

  • communicating ideas with clarity and impact

  • positioning themselves effectively in interviews and career discussions

These recurring themes eventually became the foundation for Confident Verbalist and the approach I use today.

My approach to professional communication

My approach draws on three areas:

  • professional communication

  • cultural awareness

  • real-world workplace experience

These observations eventually became the foundation for the Communication Judgement Framework, a practical approach to assessing situations, clarifying objectives, and making more intentional communication decisions.

It helps you analyse situations more objectively, understand what is really happening beneath the surface, and respond with greater intention.

Over time, this becomes a transferable skill that extends beyond individual conversations and supports better decision-making across professional and personal life.
